Waiver and Release of Liability: The Event Attendee, on behalf of him/herself: (1) voluntarily assumes all risks incident to the Land Investment Expo, LLC (the “Event”), including but not limited to the effects of COVID-19; (2) waives, releases and discharges the Land Investment Expo, LLC and its agents, affiliates, employees and contractors from all liability for Event Attendee’s property damage, illness, injury or death as a direct or indirect result of the Event Attendee’s attendance at the Event; and (3) agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Land Investment Expo harmless from and against all claims, suits, costs, expenses, attorneys fees, damages and liabilities which, in any manner, results from Event Attendee’s attendance and/or actions during the Event. Additionally, the Event Attendee will not receive reimbursement for changing registration ticket from in-person to virtual at any time.
