From the very start, the Expo attracted farmland owners, financial leaders, and policymakers from Iowa and the Midwest. It was immediately recognized as one of agriculture’s premier forums for networking and insights. Prominent institutional investors, national agricultural organizations, leading economists, and political leaders consider the Expo a critical venue for discussing challenges and opportunities. With over a decade of success, the Land Investment Expo establishes the industry’s tone for the year each January.
In 2019, Peoples Company formed a strategic alliance with The Land Report to cultivate a community for landowners to gather and receive critical insights. This partnership provides the industry with relevant topics and market awareness. Each year on the eve of the Expo, The Land Report unveils The Land Report 100, which features a comprehensive look at the nation’s largest landowners.
The Land Investment Expo continues to offer innovative ways to connect our attendees, both in-person and virtually. On the day of the event, all of our speakers and breakout sessions are available through the event app. Following the event, recorded content is available for replay for attendees. This digital platform is a cornerstone of the Land Investment Expo, which proudly boasts more than 1,600 attendees.
